The Love they created

A congenital defect

Always benign

Never malignant

An autoimmune disorder

Etiology never known

A foreign body but

Lodged into their bones

Study shown

A risk factor

Insidious was onset

Often self triggered

Asymptomatic first yet

In recurrent episodes

History unfolds

Multiple fractures

In his fragile soul

Treatment was easy

A huge sum be paid

Closeness the only remedy

Future being at stake.
